Hayley McNeff

Hayley McNeff focuses on nutritional and fitness coaching. Hayley manages overall nutritional planning with students, which includes helping them create nutritionally sound weekly meal plans, taking them shopping to help with acquiring the right ingredients and preparing various meals with them at the residence. Hayley focuses on the development of specific fitness goals that involves training techniques in the gym.

Here are some highlights of Hayley’s experiences and qualifications.

Apprentice/Assistant Body Visions Gym in Bear DE, personal trainer/life coach at Golds Gym in Amherst MA, and X Sports Fitness in Chicago IL. In all of these locations Hayley trained clients inside gyms, outdoors and in homes/apartments, appointed daily journal tasks for physical regimens as well as personal journal entries, established mental and physical goals for each individual, and developed personalized and nutrition/meal programs.

Hayley also worked as a student therapist at the Cook County Juvenile Detention Facility in Chicago IL where she facilitated group therapy for juvenile males, focus on recidivism and truancy reduction while promoting academic achievement. Also, Hayley worked as an inmate counselor/intern in North Hampton NH where she counseled inmates on anxiety, depression and substance abuse issues.

Hayley spent five years at the Highpoint Treatment center in Brockton MA conducting informal counseling sessions with patients and assisting in general staff supervision duties. Hayley also worked as a research assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Some of Hayley’s greatest personal fitness accomplishments come from the regional and national bodybuilding competitions she won.
