meditate with intention, not goals

Intention is the starting point of every dream. It is the creative power that fulfills all of our needs, whether for money, relationships, spiritual awakening, or love. Everything that happens in the universe begins with intention. When I decide to buy a birthday present, wiggle my toes, or call a friend, it all starts with intention.

The sages of India observed thousands of years ago that our destiny is ultimately shaped by our deepest intentions and desires. The classic Vedic text known as the Upanishads declares, “You are what your deepest desire is. As your desire is, so is your intention. As your intention is, so is your will. As your will is, so is your deed. As your deed is, so is your destiny.”

It then morphs into the opportunity to be coached by highly successful people, guiding you to refining the skills of consciousness engineering in your own life. nothing works without these three things

This 4-6 month experiential course is designed to create fluid mastery experiences through four different domains: Performance Accomplishments, Vicarious Experiences, Verbal Persuasion and Emotion Regulation. Self-efficacy is very different than self-esteem, which primarily comes from social comparisons. Self-efficacy is one’s belief in one’s ability to overcome specific life challenges. If a person doesn’t believe they can overcome the challenge, they may become paralyzed, live in fear of success, blame others and create diversion attempts to take attention away from their lack of performance.

grit - perhaps the number one predictor of success in life

This course on Grit is a two part course. The first course consists of a personalized assessment and education on the power of grit. The second course is an experiential course designed to increase grit, passion, and perseverance in our personal lives.

“Grit is passion and perseverance for very long-term goals. Grit is having stamina. Grit is sticking with your future, day-in, day-out. Not just for the week, not just for the month, but for years. And working really hard to make that future a reality. Grit is living life like it’s a marathon, not a sprint.”

nothing works without resiliency, grit and executive functioning

Why do some people bounce back from adversity and misfortune? Why do others fall apart? Find out which character strengths make all the difference — and how you can develop them yourself. Resilient people are adept at seeing things from another person’s point of view. Resilient people are curious. Resilient people tend to find some silver lining in even the worst of circumstances.

This two-part course on resiliency addresses five key areas of success: (1) Pumping up the positivity (2) Live to learn, learn to ask the right questions, get the right answers (3) A heart of gratitude and humor (4) Self-care through daily habits of success and (5) Solution-focused thinking.
