Lara is an International GAP Advisor, woman entrepreneur, and business coach. As an experienced leader who stands passionately for young adults and their most authentic, vibrant and fulfilling life, one in which they are not only realizing their dreams but savoring the journey along the way. Lara calls young adults to be the artist of their life, intentionally creating exactly what they want – a life to love!
Being a part of the life coaching process with young adults fulfills Lara’s purpose – to help youth become empowered in their lives, to see their radiance and hear their inner guidance. As a business executive, Lara is often referred to as the love and glue that makes everything work!
Lara brings previous expertise from wilderness therapy, real estate, finance, and behavioral health industries, designing and delivering successful programs in management development, team building, communications, and customer service. Her past work has provided the perfect foundation for meeting the strategic needs of Pacia Life. As a female business owner, Lara has a powerful passion for helping young women entrepreneurs learn the necessary focus, education and skill sets to go after their dreams.
Lara’s passion for daily inspiration led to the ongoing partnership with TED Talks and more specifically TEDxSaltLakeCity. While Lara prefers not to talk about other philanthropic work that she and her husband are involved in, she is passionte about seeing people and organizations succeed.
Lara also has extensive travel experience and works with Pacia Life students who use GAP Year, International Service, Study Abroad and international travel as part of their growth choices.
Lara is a California native but currently resides in Utah with her husband, Randy, and their kids. For those who know Lara and Randy personally, know that their home seems always to be open to foster kids, helping others in need and a home full of love.
In her spare time, she loves being with her family, skiing, hiking, triathlons, outdoor music concerts, traveling, scuba diving, and Broadway musicals.
