Clincally informed Life coach
My career in working with young adults and leaders in development started in 2011 as a Program Assistant for new recreational projects at Kansas State University. In 2015 I grew my passion for growth, leadership, and development as a lead guide for a therapeutic wilderness program in Salt Lake City, Utah. I later went on to become a certified professional Co-Active coach through CTI, Coach Training Institute and began coaching private clients in the summer of 2018.
I am a committed advocate for healthy, active lifestyles and I will do what I can to ensure that the people I interact with will always be left with a positive impression. My hope is for that impression to not only leave people feeling better about themselves and their ability to do what makes them happy but to also encourage them to push for successes in themselves and others. It is my goal to help influence the future development of others and grow beyond their current bounds. I will continue to lead others in a positive direction by simply living my life through these standards of success.
I love my dog, my family, yoga, music, and food.
