“To be transformed, the whole basis of your thoughts must change. But your thoughts cannot change unless you have new ideas.”
by Neville Goddard, quoted by Dr. Wayne Dyer in his book
Wishes Fulfilled: Mastering the Art of Manifesting.

Nutrition – First Level of Discipline
Nutrition is the first step in reaching high levels of personal discipline and success in other areas of your life. Our curriculum allows students to create a system that works for their specific goals, within an affordable budget.
Meditate With Intention, Not Goals
Meditate With Intention, Not Goals. Intention is the starting point of every dream. It is the creative power that fulfills all of our needs, whether for money, relationships, spiritual awakening, or love.
Everything that happens in the universe begins with intention. When I decide to buy a birthday present, wiggle my toes, or call a friend, it all starts with intention.
The sages of India observed thousands of years ago that our destiny is ultimately shaped by our deepest intentions and desires. The classic Vedic text known as the Upanishads declares, “You are what your deepest desire is. As your desire is, so is your intention. As your intention is, so is your will. As your will is, so is your deed. As your deed is, so is your destiny.”
Tatori – A change theory model based on a framework called Consciousness Engineering. Once you understand how to execute this model, and are able to produce 55 to 75 hours a week of productive effort, expect rapid growth in all areas of your life. This two-part course begins with an educational component and textbook from Vishen Lakhiani. It then morphs into the opportunity to be coached by highly successful people, guiding you to refining the skills of consciousness engineering in your own life. The second half of this course has a pre-requisite interview to determine if the student is ready for the advanced level of coaching.
Self-Efficacy – Nothing works without these 3 things
This 4-6 month experiential course is designed to create fluid mastery experiences through four different domains: Performance Accomplishments, Vicarious Experiences, Verbal Persuasion and Emotion Regulation. Self-efficacy is very different than self-esteem, which primarily comes from social comparisons.
Self-efficacy is one’s belief in one’s ability to overcome specific life challenges. If a person doesn’t believe they can overcome the challenge, they may become paralyzed, live in fear of success, blame others and create diversion attempts to take attention away from their lack of performance.
Grit – Nothing works without these 3 things
This course on Grit is a two part course. The first course consists of a personalized assessment and education on the power of grit. The second course is an experiential course designed to increase grit, passion, and perseverance in our personal lives.
“Grit is passion and perseverance for very long-term goals. Grit is having stamina. Grit is sticking with your future, day-in, day-out. Not just for the week, not just for the month, but for years. And working really hard to make that future a reality. Grit is living life like it’s a marathon, not a sprint.”
–Dr. Angela Lee Duckworth

“You know… When I first came to Pacia, I didn’t think I needed any more help. Now, I know my parents couldn’t have done a better thing for me at this point in my life. Thank you.” – Nate, 18, Texas, Student on his last day in Pacia as he was heading off to college.
Nate, 18, Texas
“Pacia is the greatest experience ever! It’s the first time in my life that I actually feel really good about my life and the direction I am going. I won’t lie, sometimes I really hated my life coaches. But, that is only because I didn’t want to be pushed. I was scared. But now, I am creating my own life and couldn’t be prouder.”
“I think I’ve finally figured out what Pacia is all about. I think you want me to decide what I want, then ask for help, and you’re right there for me. Before, I thought you’d do it for me, but now I see that none of this works unless I do. You’re not trying NOT to Help me, you’re allowing me to make the choices, and then helping me with what I ask for. I think that’s so cool!” “
Amber, 23, California
“Hi Randy (Oakley) and all of you! As I reflect on graduating from college this past week, I want to thank you. Without you, I would not be where I am today. You always believed in me, before I could. You saw potential in me that I did not even know was there. Thank you for your ongoing love and support. It means the world to me. I’m excited about this next chapter,”
Megan, 24, Michigan
“I learned so much from my Pacia Experience and left with over $5,000 in my savings account. My advice, listen to your life coach and stop trying to think that you know better than they do.”
DJ, New York
““At the time, I thought I was doing everything myself and didn’t need help. It’s only now, looking back, that I understand that Randy (Oakley) is a master teacher. He just has this way of making every learning experience exciting and unique. I just to get so mad at him. But I always knew that he was right, and that made me even madder. When I finally learned to ask the right questions, to get the right answers, everything shifted. I have nothing but praise, love and gratitude for Randy, Lara and the whole Pacia experience. A year after moving to tier 5, my life is peaceful. I’m paying my bills. My family relationships are full of love instead of fights. But most of all, I have learned to love myself.””
Vanessa, 24, CA
“When I moved here from Cali, Columbia I had a dream of playing volleyball and getting my college degree. I had very little money and needed to figure things out so I could go to college. I’m so grateful to my mentors for helping me find my path.” Jovana first attended and played Volleyball at Salt Lake Community College, then Westminster College and finally finishing her degree in accounting and playing volleyball at the University of Texas. ”
Jovana, 24, International Student, Columbia, South America
