Sean was born and raised in Oneonta, New York. He received a BA in Psychology from SUNY Plattsburgh and a MSED in School Counseling from SUNY Oneonta. In New York, Sean grew up playing soccer and has always been an avid hiker and skier. Sean believes strongly in the therapeutic potential in physical activities such as the ones he grew up participating in.
In recent years Sean has worked as both a collegiate soccer coach and in a counseling capacity with secondary special education populations. Sean is extremely passionate about helping young adults reach their potential with mindfulness-based practices, finding meaning and value in nature’s lessons, and through physical activity and a healthy diet.
Sean first trained in the Tatori Method and Pacia Life coaching model in Puerto Rico before transferring to Pacia Portland.
