Originally from Pittsburgh PA, in the United States, Jess moved to the state of Utah in 2014 and fell in love with the stunning mountains and deserts, a culture of healthy living, the arts, music and many more things that Utah has to offer. Jess states, “I love camping, hiking, and rock climbing! I also love introducing the outdoors to others as a place of adventure and more importantly, a place of healing. There is something very motivating and therapeutic about being connected to nature.” Jess states, “There is such a strength and power of working with young adults in new and novel environments. I love to nurture them through exploring new places, new friendships, and living life to the fullest!”
As a clinically informed life coach, Jess has experience working in numerous treatment facilities. Her training and specialties are coaching clients who struggle with learning disabilities, social anxiety, non-verbal learning disorder, substance abuse issues, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, and other challenges of neurodiversity.
Jess has taken classes on DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and incorporates those skills into her life coaching modalities and the Tatori method when appropriate. While Pacia Life Coaching is not a treatment facility, Jess brings additional understanding to clients who may be struggling through college or just normal life experiences.
She is non-judgemental and compassionate and is willing to help anyone who is looking to create a healthy, happy, balanced life.
